Public Comments – Municipal Class EAS – Peaking Capacity

Update: December 5, 2023 The comment period is now closed, please look for information in January for our second Public Information Centre.

UWSS held it’s first public information centre on November 22nd, 2023 at the Unico Hall in Kingsville regarding the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study to provide peaking capacity for the Union Water Supply System under Schedule C. You may view the Public Notice here.

Residents that were unable to attend the open house may still provide comments until December 1st, 2023. You may leave comments by phone at 519-326-1668, email rbouchard@unionwater.ca or kjohnson@unionwater.ca or drop a comment in the lobby of the Ruthven Water Treatment Plant. All comments become part of the public record for this project.
