Data to Identify Climate Change Related Infrastructure Vulnerabilities

The Union Water Supply System (UWSS) Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment using the Engineer’s of Canada PIEVC protocol is featured as one of the case studies in this report. The report looks at the population served, weather conditions, temperatures and identified potential impacts of current and future events affecting the system. These include flooding, algal blooms in source water and loss of power. The UWSS is working to make improvements over time to become a more resilient water utility.
